IMortgage has the features and functionality that you need to effectively promote and conduct your mortgage business on the web. It also includes the IMortgage Administration Site, containing a complete set of content management tools that make it easy to update your site, track visitors, and manage the loan applications that are submitted by prospective borrowers who visit your site. Loan applications can be opened in Point® as Prospect files, making it quick and easy for loan officers to pre-qualify applicants. You can also transfer loan information from your Point application to IMortgage where clients can view loan status reports any time—day or night.

Site Design Options and Customization
IMortgage offers several site design options from which to choose. The design work is done; no knowledge of HTML is required. Simply select the design that complements your company's image most effectively and then customize the banner area by placing a graphic file or entering your name and tagline—the text you enter is automatically formatted to complement the site design you choose. If you'd prefer to use your own graphics, you can select from a variety of color themes, and add your own images.

You can customize your site even more by specifying the width, selecting the zones to display, determining the navigation order and titles, formatting fonts and font colors, and adding images—all without any knowledge of HTML. IMortgage includes a user interface (similar to that of a word processor) that makes it easy to format text, add files, and check spelling. And with the Custom Pages feature, you can even add entirely new pages, containing the custom content that you'd like to display. IMortgage will automatically format your pages to coordinate with the rest of your site.

Loan Center

Prequalification
Visitors to your site can learn how much they might qualify to borrow by completing a simple form. IMortgage uses the information to calculate an estimated loan amount—instantly.

Loan Application Formats
IMortgage offers a long and short loan application. You can choose which format to include on your site or you can provide both. You can also choose between the Fannie Mae Streamline application and the full 1003. If you choose the long form and do not want to collect information for certain sections, you can suppress those sections.

Loan Calculators
Using a set of loan calculators, IMortgage calculates optimal down payment and interest rate scenarios based on the information provided by the prospect. At any point, the prospective borrower can complete a loan application, then choose a loan officer in your company and submit the application online.

Point Integration
The loan officer receives the application as an e-mail attachment that can be downloaded and opened as a Prospect file in Point. This seamless integration allows the loan officer to become familiar with the loan requirements before speaking with the prospective borrower. And once loan origination begins, the loan officer can transfer information back to IMortgage where the client can view a loan status report.

Selecting Loan Officers and Routing Applications
The Loan Center gives prospective borrowers the option of sending loan applications to specific loan officers. The IMortgage Administration Site makes it easy for you to specify the loan officer selection process that best suits your business needs. For example, if you choose to use a drop-down menu, containing a list of your loan officers, the IMortgage Administration Site makes it simple to set up and customize your menu. All you have to do is enter the name and e-mail address of each loan officer. The drop-down menu feature also allows you to designate how applications are routed.

Loan Status Reports
At any time, loan status information can be transferred from Point (version 4.3 or higher) to IMortgage where clients can logon and view a detailed loan status report. Loan information will be transmitted from your Prospect of Borrower file to your IMortgage site over a secure connection. The seamless integration between IMortgage and Point reduces data entry time and enables you to respond quickly to each prospective borrower.

Loan Application Tracking
The IMortgage Loan Center also makes it easy to manage and track all the applications that your company receives. Using the Visitor Tracking feature in the IMortgage Administration Site, you can filter loan applications by time frame, view them, and even resend them to the loan officer, if needed. You can also track several statistics, including the number of submitted applications, new user accounts, site logins, and contact forms received.

Available 24-hours a day, the IMortgage Administration Site enables you to set up and maintain your IMortgage site quickly and easily. From entering and updating content to arranging the order of your main navigation tabs to tracking visitors and loan applicants, the IMortgage Administration Site makes it easy for you to maintain your web site—and no HTML knowledge or programming is required.
