Our client is a leading Swiss consulting company providing fund data and software services to the international mutual fund industry. They are having expertise in the selection, use and innovative display of fund information. They are not aligned to any particular data vendor and are consequently able to give unbiased advice about any data source.

Our Client grew from the realization that fund companies were receiving an inadequate service from their information providers. Over the last few years data accuracy and timeliness has generally improved, though still incomplete, and in important areas such as analytic and support, customer service has declined.

They felt that there was a requirement for an independent option, capable of providing advice and support on fund information, and customized solutions for the industry.
They have the database of all the fund managers across the globe. Challenge was to get the information about the fund parameters, organize it in simplified manner so that end customers can get the personalized information.

They chose ADCC to gather and compile the information of all the funds of fund companies across the globe. Document elaborating fund information in PDF format is either provided to ADCC or downloaded from the websites. ADCC team had developed software to maintain the data in a concise format. Periodically information is passed onto Client. Before sending data to Client it goes through the defined testing processes. The information is available to the end customer on website in a personalized format.

Client is adding tremendous value to services it is providing to its end customers. It is able to gather the data in a most cost effective manner without compromising on the quality. Client’s satisfaction is reflected in the continued relationship with the ADCC.
